Only products damaged or faulty upon delivery qualify for a return/refund.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Once the returned item is recieved, we'll inspect the item and notify the customer via email about the refund status. If the refund is approved, you'll receive a credit to the card used to purchase the tag.
